We are on a mission to provide education to the Latino community on how to build credit, how lending works, and the various paths to homeownership. The purpose is to increase Latino wealth through homeownership for all families, including those who may not fit into traditional homebuying programs.

We are a program that provides education on credit and lending. We help individuals and families who want to learn the best available financing for their specific situation and what they need to do to get on the road to homeownership. We provide education for those who qualify for traditional financing and recognize that traditional homebuying programs may not be accessible to everyone. Therefore, we provide education on Equitable Title programs as a path to homeownership for individuals with an ITIN number.
